Counselling Lifeline

Counselling Lifeline is a new phone help-line providing vital services to families who are in need of counselling support and referrals. The Counselling Lifeline is also designed for church leaders and community organisations who want ways to support individuals who have turned to them for help.

Being the most accessible places, we find that churches and community organisation are faced with the responsibility of providing the first line of care for mental and often cannot extend to providing specialist help that is needed. We aim to provide professional help and training to community leaders and pastors in their pastoral work to identify resources, make diagnosis and bridge the gap between levels of care.
